We pride ourselves on our ability to shake, strain, and serve — our cocktail program is developed by Civil Liberties, awarded the Best Bar in Canada two years in a row. 

With a food menu to match, our in-house catering program has been developed by the chefs at Vit Beo. After opening Civil Liberties in 2014, Chef David Huynh opened Vit Beo — a Vietnamese quick service restaurant in January 2018. Since then, David has expanded his culinary experience to special event catering with a primary focus on canapés.
