Chris originally started his baking career by apprenticing in the kitchen of Seasons Bakery (then Bakery Sate) before deciding with Melanie to take over ownership so that they could give back to their community through a welcoming space and hand-made artisanal baked goods. The kitchen of Seasons Bakery is the ‘food lab’ where traditional techniques are paired with local, seasonal ingredients. Within this tight-knit team, food is used as an outlet to channel creativity.
