Elita is a gifted chef from Jakarta, Indonesia. Blessed with a family of cooks, she has learned her craft from generations of chefs that understand the value of a quality meal.

“NaiNai” it’s mean Grandma. Her grandma created an amazing noodle restaurant in Central Jakarta that has become a local staple for  over 3 decades and now owns a noodle factory in Indonesia.

Her Mother continued the restaurant business with Elita constantly at her hip. She was always tasting everything her mother made. Those hands-on skills have been wonderful to Elita as she strives to create authentic tasting Indonesian meal.

Now, Elita has become a food entrepreneur. She was recently selected to be a participant in a pop-up food event hosted by the Indonesian Consulate that brings together the very best in Indonesian food around Toronto.
