The name of our bakery Lamajoun comes from a fantastically delicious Mediterranean recipe also called “Lahmajoun”, “Lahme be ajeen” or “Lahmacun” that came to us centuries ago. Our bakers who got special training on preparing Armenian and Georgian food. We create everything from scratch using only highest quality all-natural ingredients, premium meats and local market greens and vegetables. All our products are palm oil free, margarine free, preservative and MSG free, neither we have a microwave.
