This coffee was grown in the Tarrazu region of Costa Rica by Franciny Vargas and her family-run farm. Biocafé, Francincy’s farm, operates as one of the oldest coffee mills in San Marcos de Tarrazu. Her farm is a pioneer of micro-milling, and provides support to their neighbours in the region, by providing them with both wet and dry milling services.
