Guess how we got into the bed bug extermination business in Toronto? You got it! We got bed bugs a month after buying a new house. As a family with three children, we were concerned about using toxic chemicals. We did a lot of research on how to exterminate bed bugs and found that heat remediation was the only safe answer for our family and effective. The problem was that no one rented equipment you could use in your home.
