Amaroo is located conveniently just one minute south of QEW and Winston Churchill Boulevard, making it perfect for both Mississauga and Oakville residents. We have one large room dedicated to Reformer group classes and another for Reformer private classes. Both rooms are equipped with the top-notch Merrithew V2 Max Plus Reformer with boxes, two extended platforms, and dowels. Both rooms also have a Split-Pedal Stability Chair. In addition to the two reformer rooms, the studio has a room dedicated to our specialty classes like Suspension Yoga, Meditation and breathwork, Restorative Yoga, and Fascia Release with mindfulness. This room fits ten people at the max.
