The kitchen of 3030 is the current home of Young Animal. YA is owned and operated by chef Adisa Glasgow, who hails from South Oropouche Trinidad and Tobago. The main goal is to bring classic “Trini” dishes to Toronto but with an added twist.

Adisa will be offering his delicious and unique cuisine Wednesday to Saturday after 5pm.
