Owner, Lori Schacter, started her career at age 14 when she began working as an assistant with a local Veterinarian. At 16, she started a neighbourhood grooming shop.  She spent many years honing her Veterinary technical skills, animal behaviour strategies and grooming technique and 30+ years later, remains just as dedicated to maintaining the highest standard of care possible that remains the foundation of The Groom Room.
