All cancellations require at least 24 hours notice. If you fail to cancel within 24 hours of your appointment, you will be subject to a 50% service fee for your cancellation. If you wish to reschedule your appointment you may not get one right away as I book weeks in advance. Please be advised that if you are more than 15 minutes late for your appointment your appointment may be cancelled. This decision will be at my discretion. If your appointment needs to be cancelled, you will still be required to pay a 50% service fee.
