Shirinisara has been serving Toronto’s Iranian Community and pastry lovers since 1991. It was first established in 1978 in an influent northern suburb of Tehran, Iran. Vida Malek, the previous owner, opened her own bakery on the ground floor of her father’s house in Iran. Her high-end French-style pastries became extremely popular, even the Iranian royal family placed special orders with them. After the Islamic Revolution in Iran, Vida alongside
