Dan Balm graduated from University of Waterloo with a degree in Criminology and Legal Studies in 2000. After spending 15 years in the hospitality business working in Canada and England, he got his real estate license and then broker’s license practicing mainly in Toronto. Over the years of negotiating contracts for hundreds of millions of dollars in real estate, Dan knows that selling a home is about leveraging data, negotiation and sometimes creativity.
