Welcome to Charred! All of our products are made in-house and all of our chicken is sourced locally, raised without antibiotics, free run and Halal-certified. We are an independent family-owned and operated rotisserie house on James St. North in Hamilton. We roast our chicken over a real charcoal BBQ and baste it in our homemade piri piri sauce.
