The Bar Ape HQ is our brick and mortar workshop and store.  Open from May to October, we offer a full summer experience of flavours.  Every week is different.  While we veer away from being a traditional gelato parlour, we never lose sight of what is most important.  That is, obtaining the best possible ingredients and keeping it simple.
